Where is my order?

Once you've received your shipping confirmation email you can follow the status of your order. 


The item that I want is sold out. Is it coming back?

The way we source our fabrics and produce our collections means that some of our itemsare only available in small quantities and may, therefore, be sold out.


What does it mean if an item is made to order?

This means that your item will be crafted by hand special for you in the Netherlands. This leads to a delivery time of 2,5 weeks. If you need your items sooner (maybe you have a special occasion or want to gift it) get in touch with one of our tailors at atelier@lamaisonnouvelle.co and we’ll see what we can do for you.

 


How can I return my order?

For the ready to wear collection a return policy of 14 days (2 weeks of receipt) applies. When received in its original condition we give you a full refund.

For all tailored items we don't accept returns as the pieces are handmade to your sizes. If you follow our measurement steps the lingerie should fit you perfectly. However if, against all odds, the set is not as described or does not fit as expected please contact us as soon as possible at info@maisonnouvelle.co. Send the set back within 4 weeks and we will provide you with adjustments free of charge.

Items purchased as "SALE" cannot be returned or exchanged, no exceptions.

How do I create an account on the Maison Nouvelle webshop?

Having an account has many benefits: you can complete your order faster, always have access to your order history and the first to receive special offers. A Maison Nouvelle account is also very easy. Click on the register button at the home page of our webshop. If you press this button, you can create an account by your first, last name and email address.


Do I need an account to order?

Would you like to place an order but do not have a Maison Nouvelle account? No problem! You can easy and fast you order through your email and address details so that your order is delivered to you safely and quickly.


How do I log into the Maison Nouvelle webshop?

You can quickly login by clicking the login button at the top right of the homepage of our webshop. If you don't have an account, you can also create an account.


How do I sign up for the newsletter?

You don't want to miss some new collection or promotion of Maison Nouvelle? Subscribe for our newsletter and be always up to date. You can do this by filling in your email address on our home page. Click ' yes please ' ' and you will receive an e-mail with a link to activate the newsletter.


I'm not sure what size I need, what can I do?

Are you not sure about your size? Take a peek at our sizing guide. Here we will give you tips on finding size and shape that suits you best. Are you still not sure? Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team at info@maisonnouvelle.co, we will be pleased to help you.


I have a coupon code. How can I use it?

To use a coupon code, you open your shopping cart, here you can add the code to your order. It is helpful to copy and paste the code so that there are no errors made with for example capital letters or spaces. After that you can click on the ' apply ' button. Your discount will be immediately charged.

You can use your coupon code only once, so it is important that you finish your order once you have added the code. 


My coupon code does not work, what can I do?

It is possible that the coupon code that you received is not working. Check to see if your order meets the terms of the code: the code is valid on the products I want to order? Is the code not yet expired? I have the code well retrieved?
